This morning's breakfast: Chipotle seasoned egg, pepperjack cheese, a touch of ranch, leftover thanksgiving turkey on toast. I guess I would call this a Jack Ranch-otle egg McTurkey sandwich?

This turned out pretty good. Just pan fry the egg but when you flip the egg, put the pepper jack cheese on it. You can also throw in the leftover turkey to heat it up. Put it on some toast and enjoy.
